1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

You can return or exchange your UPXALI handbag within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The handbag is unused, in its original condition, and has all the tags attached.
  • The handbag is in its original packaging or dust bag.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@upxali.xyz with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the Item Back: After receiving the RA number, pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned handbag and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Handbags that have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact us immediately at contact@upxali.xyz. We will provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs, for any defective items.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different style or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The returned item will be refunded, and you can purchase the replacement item separately.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
